That said, in the implementation of the individual web platforms for Car Repair Shops, with reference to the basic platform, the data contained therein, and the web domains, the program policy regarding ownership goes through 3 points: <\/p><ol><li><strong>Ownership of the domain lies with the auto repairer.  <\/strong>Domain and hosting is defined as Form A01.0 &#8211; DOMAIN + HOSTING. The domain is and will forever remain the property of the Car Repair Shop and will be registered for the first time with the activation of the program and will be in the name of the Car Repair Shop or its legal representative; <\/li><li><strong>The ownership of the data is the auto repairer <\/strong>both in terms of direct contacts made in the web platform and in terms of indirect contacts and profiling cookies and\/or segments of the web traffic that the platform makes;<\/li><li><strong>The website is given on free loan for use to the auto repairer<\/strong>. \u201cWebsite\u201d means the module A00.0 &#8211;
