What is INofficina.it?

INofficina.it is a digitization program for mechatronics workshops, body shops, tire shops, and overhaul centers that offers in a single platform a wide range of solutions, in the form of modules, to meet the main digital needs of auto repairers, including:

  • the creation of the Car Repair Shop’s visual identity and logo, graphic design of print materials and creativity for executives and campaigns both offline and online;
  • The realization of photographic services, videos, 360* tours of the Car Repair Shop ivi compresoi the realization of aerial shots, where permitted;
  • company’s intranet management with Google Workspace business services in order to streamline the exchange of internal communications;
  • search engine positioning with particular keywords and for strategic services of the Car Repair Shop with respect to its user base;
  • car showcase management to be able to notify their customers of new arrivals, details and prices of the car fleet for sale;
  • the digital agenda and advanced booking system to manage the company’s internal agenda and organization faster and faster, to offer online booking to customers, to connect to the Car Repair Shop’s management system;
  • the coupon estimator to enable its customers or users to be able to calculate the price of a coupon for their car;
  • promotional campaigns and gad gets to be able to run as a buying group promos and gadgets for customers;
  • much more in the pipeline: digital signage, time-stamping, digital acceptance process and acceptance/release checks included within the program, as well as more and more digital ideas for gadgets and advertising campaigns to accompany marketing activities that will become increasingly online and offline to communicate all the services, skills and strengths of the car repairer and Car Repair Shop to its customers, whether individuals, companies, fleets, renters.

Whose property is INofficina.it?

The general ownership of the program INofficina.it is held by Groupauto Italia s.c.a.r.l. with registered office in via Cassanese, 224, 20090 Segrate (MI). That said, in the implementation of the individual web platforms for Car Repair Shops, with reference to the basic platform, the data contained therein, and the web domains, the program policy regarding ownership goes through 3 points:

  1. Ownership of the domain lies with the auto repairer. Domain and hosting is defined as Form A01.0 – DOMAIN + HOSTING. The domain is and will forever remain the property of the Car Repair Shop and will be registered for the first time with the activation of the program and will be in the name of the Car Repair Shop or its legal representative;
  2. The ownership of the data is the auto repairer both in terms of direct contacts made in the web platform and in terms of indirect contacts and profiling cookies and/or segments of the web traffic that the platform makes;
  3. The website is given on free loan for use to the auto repairer. “Website” means the module A00.0 – WEB PLATFORM which, specifically, after the first 6 mandatory months of the program, in case of exit from the program is granted on loan for free use to the auto repairer, all other additional modules being detached instead.

These three elements involving ownership and free license to use the platform represent a substantial difference with the digital transformation programs currently in the market and give greater assurance to the Car Repair Shop that it will never be “stranded” should it decide to terminate its existing supply relationship with the program INofficina.it.

What are the prices of INofficina.it?

The basic module i.e., the website has a monthly cost of 74€+vat per month with no additional costs either for startup or entry or withdrawal or exit from the program (“website” means module A00.0 – WEB PLATFORM).

When do you start paying for the service?

The program has an activation time of about 50 working days.

Monthly platform billing will start only after the website go-live. The same logic applies to add-ons, the billing of which will start only after they have been properly published within the car repairer’s website.

What if I want to get out of INofficina.it?

The INofficina.it program does not make use of locked-in termination clauses in the face of economic discounts and is based on the idea that the auto repairer can express a willingness to leave the program at any time. More specifically:

  1. The auto repairer can opt out of the program at any time at no additional cost INofficina.it;
  2. Upon leaving the program, a basic platform is left, on free loan, to the Car Repair Shop so that it can continue to manage its website, publishing news, photos, promos in complete autonomy.

INofficina.it is a program dedicated exclusively to the auto repair supply chain that intends, regardless of the continuation of the existing relationship, to improve the digital status of companies in the supply chain by not causing damage to the visibility and online presence of the Car Repair Shops even in the case of detachment of the service and exit from the program itself.
Please note: upon detachment of the service, all additional modules for monthly fee, by way of example and not exhaustive: advanced booking system, connections with management systems, car showcase etc. etc. will be detached because they are properly functioning only within the connected and central system. The basic platform left on loan for use free of charge will allow the car repairer to be able to continue using the website without suffering any detachment of service and, consequently, obscuration of its online presence.
